You need to be comfortable around water and able to get in and out of the kayak. A moderate fitness level is required. Everyone is different—contact us about fitness, back, shoulder, hip, injury or mobility concerns at any age.
Is the Sunset Tour suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. You don't need previous kayaking experience, and we'll show you what you need to know. However, the Sunset Tour goes into open water and we can encounter wind, chop and small waves, so you should be comfortable around water and happy with a bit of adventure.
